按给定行程速比系数来设计具有急回特性的连杆机构,一般是采用图解法,但图解法的设计结果有多义性,且不一定能保证最小传动角满足工程传动效率要求,本文综合应用MATLAB软件与图解法,保证连杆机构的设计符合最小传动角的要求。
Designing the linkage mechanism with emergency response characteristic according to given speed ratio coefficient is usually based on graphic method. However, the design result of graphic method has ambiguity and may not guarantee the minimum transmission angle to meet the requirement of engineering transmission efficiency. Comprehensive application of MATLAB software and graphical method to ensure that the design of the link mechanism meets the minimum transmission angle requirements.
