我国煤炭企业经营规模虽不断扩大,但企业内部管理却未跟上,尤其是财务管理的落后,致企业内部运转效率低下,缺乏应有的市场应变能力,最终导致煤炭企业市场竞争力下降。由此,加强财务管理对于国有煤炭企业来说迫在眉睫。然而,我国国有煤炭企业财务管理中却存在种种问题,要加强国有煤炭企业的财务管理,我们就要提高重视程度,改善财务管理理念,提升财务管理层次;就要完善财务管理方式,明确财务管理权限,同时建立健全财务管控体系;就要加强财务人员培训,提高财务人员专业技能,建立有效监督管理体制。
