Gastric leiomyosarcoma is rarely seen clinically. In this paper, from March 1986 to February 1994 in our hospital, 15 cases of gastric leiomyosarcoma were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The following analysis and report were made on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric leiomyosarcoma.
