目的建立通络止痛巴布剂的含量测定方法,为制定质量标准提供依据。方法采用高效液相法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为乙睛-水(54:64),检测波长为322 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温。结果蛇床子素在0.0928～0.464μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.86%(n=6),RSD为2.41%.结论该方法操作简便,准确灵敏,重复性好,可作为通络止痛巴布剂中蛇床子素的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Tongluo analgesic cataplasm and provide the basis for setting quality standards. Methods The eluent was acetonitrile - water (54:64) with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel at a detection wavelength of 322 nm at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was at room temperature . Results The osthole had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0928 ~ 0.464 μg (r = 0.9997), with an average recovery of 99.86% (n = 6) and a RSD of 2.41% .Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive , Good repeatability, can be used as quality control method of Osthole in Tongluo analgesic cataplasm.
