介绍了由ＩＢＮＰＣ与ＳＴＤＬ工控机组成的二级分布式监测系统，阐述了该系统的硬件组成，讨论了系统的数据通讯及系统可靠性设计。该系统已实际用于电厂厂用电的测量及对厂用电设备运行状态的监视。
The second level distributed monitoring system consisting of IBNPC and STDL IPC is introduced. The hardware composition of the system is described. The data communication and system reliability design of the system are discussed. This system has been actually used for measuring the electricity consumption of power plants and for monitoring the running status of the power consuming plants.
