目的了解常州市企业职业卫生管理现状。方法对该市进行职业病危害因素网上申报的1 283家企业进行问卷调查。结果建设项目职业病危害评价率低于20%,设置或者指定职业卫生管理部门的企业占62.2%。劳动合同中有职业病危害告知内容的企业占74.5%。大中型和小型企业职业卫生教育培训率分别为91.5%和83.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),外资和内资企业建设项目职业病危害评价率分别为32.2%和17.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该市大中型企业职业卫生培训率显著高于小型企业,外资企业建设项目职业病危害评价率显著高于内资企业,但总体上该市职业卫生管理工作较薄弱,企业应重视职业卫生管理工作。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational health management in Changzhou enterprises. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,273 enterprises that reported on-line the occupational hazards in the city. Results The evaluation rate of occupational hazards in construction projects was less than 20%, and the enterprises that set or designated occupational health management departments accounted for 62.2%. Occupational hazards in the labor contract inform the content of the enterprises accounted for 74.5%. Occupational health education training rates for large, medium and small enterprises were 91.5% and 83.2% respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The occupational disease hazard rates of construction projects of foreign-funded and domestic-funded enterprises were 32.2% and 17.3% respectively, with statistical differences Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The occupational health training rate of large and medium-sized enterprises in the city is significantly higher than that of small-scale enterprises. The evaluation rate of occupational hazards in construction projects of foreign-funded enterprises is significantly higher than that of domestic-funded enterprises. However, the overall occupational health management in this city is relatively weak. Enterprises should attach importance to occupational health management.
