法律教学是高职思想政治教育的重要组成部分,它能够促进学生法制观念与道德修养的增强。本文探讨的是对于高职法律教学中德育功能的实现的认识,旨在充分发挥课程的思想品德教育功能,从而更好地培养学生的思想品德与法律意识。
Law teaching is an important part of higher vocational education in ideology and politics. It can promote the enhancement of law concept and moral cultivation of students. This article explores the recognition of the realization of moral education function in legal teaching in higher vocational education, aiming at giving full play to the ideological and moral education function of the curriculum so as to better cultivate students’ ideological and moral awareness and legal awareness.
