Dubin-Johnson综合征是一种与隐性遗传有关的先天性高结合性胆红素血症。自从1954年Dubin和Johnson等人报道以来,许多国家和地区相继均有报道,其中以日本的边远地区和伊朗的犹太人地区发病率较高(1:1300)。现将我科1985年4～6月间经肝穿刺活检确诊的3例做以报道。一般资料见附表。讨论
