目前,我国高血压的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。1959年全国高血压普查,发病率为5.11％,1979年为7.72％,到了1991年则为11.30％。商血压对人们危害极大,是脑血管病、冠心病、心力衰竭的直接危险因素,而这些疾病造成全世界每年1200万人死亡,各国的医学家都认为,如果能合理预防,就能使其中的一半人幸免。因此,防治高血压,对于预防心脑血管疾病具有重要的意义。
