随着市场竞争的日益加剧,传统的财务管理逐渐暴露出许多问题,如注重成本核算、缺乏前瞻性、不能很好地为企业经营管理服务等。如何充分发挥财务管理在经营管理中的作用,是各企业面临的迫切问题。以财务管理职能以及与企业各部门关系为出发点,分析解决经营管理中存在的问题,从财务管理方面为经营管理提供一种新的方法。
With the increasing competition in the market, the traditional financial management has gradually exposed many problems, such as paying attention to cost accounting, lack of forward-lookingness, and failing to well serve the business management of enterprises.
