房屋建筑的质量安全与人们的生命财产安全密切相关,房屋质量安全管理是房屋建筑施工管理中的重要内容,决定着房屋建筑能否顺利开展并安全投入使用。在房屋的建造过程中,任何一个环节出现问题,都有可能给人们的生命财产造成威胁。因此在建造房屋的过程中,有必要提高施工人员的质量安全意识。本文以房屋质量安全为切入点,论述了影响房屋质量和施工安全的因素以及加强房屋质量安全管理的措施。
The quality and safety of housing construction and people’s lives and property safety are closely related to the quality and safety management of housing construction and construction management is an important part of the decision whether the housing construction can be successfully carried out and put into safe use. In the process of housing construction, any one part of the problems, are likely to pose a threat to people’s lives and property. Therefore, in the process of building houses, it is necessary to improve the quality and safety awareness of construction workers. This article takes housing quality and safety as an entry point, discusses the factors that affect the quality of housing and construction safety and measures to strengthen housing quality and safety management.
