为了适应新形势对农业干部的要求 ,必须对农业干部培训系统进行调适。本文分析了农业干部培训系统调适的外部原因、内在要求 ,提出了农业干部培训系统调适的构想和措施 ,以发挥农业干部培训系统的作用。
In order to meet the requirements of the new situation for agricultural cadres, agricultural cadre training system must be adjusted. This paper analyzes the external reasons and internal requirements of agricultural cadre training system adjustment and puts forward the conception and measures of agricultural cadre training system adjustment in order to give full play to the role of agricultural cadre training system.
