本文通过制作等浓度曲线。气流曲线、测得最大吸光区在石英管上部、与国外文献报道一致.以Ag、Cu、Au为例,研究各种测定条件,探讨了石英管原子捕集的干扰。试液0.5ppm,捕集时间2分钟时,测定出Ag的特征浓度为0.0019ppm;试液4ppb,捕集10分钟时,特征浓度为0.3ppb,比Lau报道的要出3倍,捕集0.01ppm Au,10分钟时,特征浓度为0.9ppb。本法直接测定选用锅炉水和地球化学标准样GSD-1中的Ag,得到满意结果;直接测定B165流纹斑岩矿和B161花岗岩矿中的Au,出峰明显,为原子吸收直接测定金提供了一个有发展前途的方法。
This article through the production of isoconcentration curve. This method directly determines the Ag in the boiler water and geochemical standard GSD-1, and obtains satisfactory results. The direct determination of Au in B165 rhyolite porphyry and B161 granite mine has obvious peaks and provides the direct measurement gold for atomic absorption A promising way.
