(一)填写和递交认证申请表申请认证的企业都应按照规定的内容和格式向IBS品牌认证机构,或者IBS中国地区代理机构提出书面申请和填写认证申请表。(二)递交企业说明(证明)材料申请企业应将企业说明(证明)材料连同认证申请表向品牌认证委员会提供。企业需要递交的材料包括如下几项:1.营业执照复印件2.商标注册证复印件3.国际质量体系认证证书复印件4.获奖证书复印件5.产品说明书
