我国科技情报工作经过30年的探索和实践,它的方针政策已基本形成,当前亟需解决的乃是运用与之配套的工作方法,其实现有赖于贯彻以下几项基本原则。一、适合情报能力和用户水平的原则。所谓情报能力包括:情报收集加工能力,分析研究能力,报导能力,检索能力和提供能力。用户水平这里指用户对情报的吸收能力,包括:科学文化知识水平,外语水平,检索技能等。在这方面,当前正面临着4种矛盾。
After 30 years of exploration and practice in China's scientific and technological intelligence work, its principles and policies have basically taken shape.
