近年来,高校学生,特别是高职院校学生就业形势日趋严峻。从大一进校之时开始,加强学生的就业教育,有利于帮助学生正确定位,为之后的学习生活中树立更加明确的目标。有利于学生更好的进行职业规划。每一年的秋期,不仅仅是大一新生进入新的校园,展开人生新的一页之时,也是毕业班的学长为了就业而奔走忙碌之时。以此为契机,对大一新生进行就业、职业规划教育,是辅导学生进行职业规划的重要一步。
In recent years, college students, especially students in higher vocational colleges employment situation is becoming more and more serious. As freshman enters school, strengthening students’ employment education will help students to correctly orientate themselves and establish clearer goals for their later studies and studies.
