目的建立紫外分光光度法测定苯酚滴耳液中苯酚的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定苯酚滴耳液中苯酚的含量,并与药典规定的溴量法比较。结果通过实验苯酚在270nm波长处有最大吸收,在10~50ug/ml范围内,浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,其回归方程A=0.0155C+0.0089,(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为0.31%(n=9),测定结果与溴量法结果一致。结论此法操作简便,准确可靠,快速稳定,与溴量法含量测定比较无显著差异(P>0.05),可作为苯酚滴耳液的含量测定方法,适用于基层医院制剂的快速检查。
Objective To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of phenol in ear drops of phenol. Methods The content of phenol in phenol ear drops was determined by UV spectrophotometry and compared with the bromine method prescribed in Pharmacopoeia. The results showed that phenol had the maximum absorption at 270nm wavelength and the linearity was good with absorbance at 10-50ug / ml. The regression equation A = 0.0155C + 0.0089 (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 99.71 %, RSD 0.31% (n = 9). The results of the determination are consistent with those of the bromine method. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and fast and stable, and has no significant difference with the determination of bromine content (P> 0.05). It can be used as a method to determine the content of phenol ear drops and is suitable for the rapid examination of preparations in primary hospitals.
