人才队伍建设在地勘单位发展中的主导作用日益突出,特别是在转型发展中,复合型人才更是求贤若渴。只有更好地储备人才,创新人才发展才能壮大地勘队伍,促进地勘事业蓬勃发展。笔者对福建省地质测绘院地勘分院职工队伍的现状,分析总结了目前存在的主要问题,并针对存在的问题提出了有效培养人才、规范管理制度、优化人力资源配置等对策,为地勘队伍建设和发展提供参考。
