细粒低品位矿石在尖缩溜槽上的分选,一般处理能力都比较低,并且耗水量大。用具有椭圆和线性振动的尖缩溜槽进行的试验表明,甚至在分选时间约为30—25秒,回收率约为95%时,仍有可能收到产品质量很高的良好分选效果。该工艺的重要优点是耗水量极少,水只起润滑剂作用。倾斜线性振动可使处理能力增大,分选效果提高。业已证明,当重矿物存在于窄级别时,振动重选的效果会更好。
Fine grain low-grade ore in the shrinking chute on the sorting, the general handling capacity is relatively low, and water consumption. Experiments with tapered chutes with elliptical and linear vibrations showed that even with a sorting time of about 30-25 seconds and a recovery of about 95%, it is still possible to receive a good quality of the product with good sorting. An important advantage of this process is the minimal amount of water used, with water acting only as a lubricant. Tilt linear vibration can increase processing capacity, sorting results improve. Vibration reselection has been shown to be better when heavy minerals are present at narrow levels.
