当前,我国正处于人民内部矛盾凸显期、刑事犯罪高发期和对敌斗争复杂期。公安机关必须深刻理解重要战略机遇期的科学内涵,增强公安工作的针对性;正确认识战略机遇期和“三期”的关系,增强公安工作的主动性;坚持“三破三立三为”,增强公安工作的实效性,为党和国家利用好、维护好重要战略机遇期创造稳定和谐的社会环境。
