本文对5Cr_4W_2Mo_2VSi热作模具钢进行了提高淬火温度再进行等温的热处理工艺探讨. 通过对5Cr_4W_2Mo_2VSi钢强韧化热处理与提高淬火温度再进行等温热处理工艺,金相组织、电镜、断口分析、机械性能、冷热疲劳性能、热挤压冲头上机寿命考核对比表明:经过提高淬火温度再进行等温的热处理工艺都较强韧化工艺要优. 该工艺除对挖掘5Cr_4W_2Mo_2VSi材料性能有效外,还对减少淬火变形、开裂有效,适用于工厂生产.
