为了解决现有的螺杆型线存在尖点的问题,本文提出了圆弧和摆线等距曲线的啮合模型,可以解决同步异向双回转运动的容积式流体机械的转于型线尖点修正问题;构建了一种新型全光滑螺杆型线,使得气体密封方式由点与曲线的啮合转变为曲线与曲线的啮合,讨论了齿背圆弧半径对全光滑螺杆型线结构和性能的影响,得到了接触线最短的螺杆型线;通过内部流场的数值模拟,将全光滑螺杆型线与现有的螺杆型线进行比较。研究结果表明:所提出的新型全光滑螺杆型线具有连续的接触线,在工作中通过齿顶面的级间返流泄漏更少,不存在泄漏通道。

By comparing the numerical results of the internal flow field with those of the existing screw line, The results show that the proposed new smoothing screw has a continuous line of contact, less leakages in the interstage backflow through the top surface of the tooth during operation, and no leakage channels.
