本文报告手术治疗未找到裂孔的视网膜脱离64例66眼,结果获得解剖学复位53眼(80.3%),好转4眼(6%),有效率86.3%。根据视网膜脱离形态、范围、格子样变性区的位置,无晶体眼,眼外伤及增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变等综合情况,采取巩膜扣带术、环扎术、玻璃体切割术等手术方式。讨论了这些手术的方法及适应证,提出对未找到裂孔的视网膜脱离病例应积极手术治疗。
This article reports the surgical treatment of retinal detachment without 64 eyes 66 cases, the results obtained anatomical reduction in 53 eyes (80.3%), improved in 4 eyes (6%), the effective rate of 86.3%. According to retinal detachment morphology, size, location of lattice degeneration area, aphakia, ocular trauma and proliferative vitreoretinopathy and other comprehensive situation, to take scleral buckling, cerclage, vitrectomy and other surgical methods. The methods and indications of these procedures were discussed. It is suggested that active surgical treatment of retinal detachment cases with no holes should be made.
