文化遗产旅游资源形成于特定的历史时期,因此具有稀缺性、不可复制性、美学性、传承性等基本特征。它是是前人留给我们的物质财富和精神财富,同样,它也是一种旅游产品,具有重要的经济价值。因此,对于文化遗产旅游资源进行价值研究,有利于提高旅游资源的开发与利用,本身也是对文化遗产的活化。
