欧盟是当今世界最大的区域经济集团和中国最重要的经贸伙伴之一。本文首先回顾了改革开放30多年以来中欧经贸关系三个历史阶段的政策演变和发展历程,分析了中欧经贸政策与经贸关系之间的相互作用和强关联性。本文重点分析了中国民营企业与欧盟的贸易关系和投资互动。我们认为,随着产权制度、政策法规和管理体制的进一步完善,中国的民营企业已经成为中国与欧盟经济合作的主要引擎和关键要素,并深刻影响着中国的国际生产、贸易、投资的结构和模式。
The EU is one of the largest regional economic groups in the world and one of the most important economic and trade partners in China. This paper first reviews the policy evolution and development course of the three historical stages of China-EU economic and trade relations since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years and analyzes the interaction and strong correlation between the economic and trade policies of China and Europe and the economic and trade relations. This article focuses on the analysis of the trade relations and investment interaction between Chinese private enterprises and the EU. In our opinion, with the further improvement of the property rights system, policies and regulations and the management system, private-owned enterprises in China have become the major engines and key elements of China-EU economic cooperation and have a profound impact on the structure of China’s international production, trade and investment. mode.
