8月11日-13日,2006中国青岛·亚太国际旅游博览会在青岛举行。来自31个参展国家和地区的驻华使馆代表、旅游相关机构代表和海内外媒体的记者齐聚青岛。在为期三天的活动中,他们深入了解了这座即将举办2008年奥帆赛的海滨旅游城市。青岛作为“帆船之都”是否已深入他们之心?记者就此采访了相关人士。联合国世界旅游组织副秘书长塔赖布·里法伊认为,青岛在中国乃至世界旅游业中的地位举足轻重。而中国传媒大学电视与新闻学院副教授段鹏博士则认为,虽然如此,目前青岛仍需加大“帆船之都”的宣传力度。
August 11-13, 2006 Qingdao, China Asia Pacific International Tourism Expo held in Qingdao. Representatives from 31 participating countries and regions embassy in China, representatives of tourism-related agencies and reporters from home and abroad gathered in Qingdao. During the three-day event, they learned more about this seaside tourist city about to host the 2008 Olympic Regatta. Qingdao as “Sailing Capital ” has gone deep into their heart? Reporters interviewed the relevant persons. Tharawood Rifayh, UN Under-Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization, believes that Qingdao plays an important role in the tourism industry in China and the world. However, Dr. Duan Peng, associate professor of the School of Television and Journalism at Communication University of China, still believes that, at present, Qingdao still needs to step up publicity of the “sailing capital”.
