波发生器是迫使柔轮产生弹性变形、实现运动和动力传递的重要部件,现有谐波齿轮传动的波发生器一般位于柔轮内部,装置的体积偏大。论述波发生器外置的谐波齿轮传动的特点和基本原理,导出柔轮截面弯矩与径向变形的计算公式,提出柔轮变形敏感度的概念,绘制柔轮的齿数、截面位置对柔轮径向变形的影响曲线,得出波发生器外置谐波齿轮传动柔轮齿数的合理值及柔轮圆环危险截面的位置,为进一步研究柔轮的应力、疲劳强度奠定基础。
