目的调查道县医疗机构消毒卫生状况,分析存在的问题,为提高消毒的质量和加强监督力度提供依据。方法按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》、GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB15980-1995《一次性使用医疗用品卫生标准》、GB15979-1995《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》对道县各级医疗机构进行采样检验。结果2005-2008年样品合格率依次为69.7%、73.6%、80.5%、84.6%;县直医疗机构合格率为81.8%,乡镇卫生院合格率为75.1%,个体诊所及村卫生室合格率为72.8%。结论道县医疗机构的消毒效果存在较严重问题,应加强卫生监督监测工作,进一步提高消毒质量。
Objective To investigate the status of disinfection and hygiene in medical institutions in Dao County and analyze the existing problems so as to provide the basis for improving the quality of disinfection and strengthening supervision. Methods According to the 2002 edition of “disinfection technical specifications”, GB15982-1995 “hospital disinfection health standards”, GB15980-1995 “disposable medical supplies health standards”, GB15979-1995 “disposable hygiene standards for hygiene products” to all levels of the county Medical institutions for sampling inspection. Results The passing rates of samples from 2005 to 2008 were 69.7%, 73.6%, 80.5% and 84.6% respectively. The passing rate of county-level medical institutions was 81.8% and that of township hospitals was 75.1%. The passing rate of individual clinics and village clinics was 72.8%. Conclusion There are serious problems in the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Daoxian County. Health supervision and monitoring work should be strengthened to further improve the disinfection quality.
