目的:为了探讨出临床免疫治疗检验的质量控制效果.方法选取2010年~2012年在我院住院的200例患者的临床资料,把这200例患者的资料,随机分为第一组和第二组两组进行对比,第一组100份样本的临床资料进行采集,对仪器的设备使用还有其他方面进行了临床免疫检验的质量控制;第二组的100份样本临床资料,对样本的临床免疫给予了常规的质量控制.结果第一组实施质量控制后分析的患者进行质量控制后的效果明显高于第二组,根据统计学分析两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于样本的采集还有仪器设备的使用都会影响检验的因素,但是准确的实验数据是结果准确的前提保证,所以说进行质量控制可以提高免疫检验结果的准确性和可靠性. “,”Objective To investigate the effect of quality control.
