Since the commercial use of the Internet, more and more online services and applications have been introduced to the Internet and continue to infiltrate the traditional telecommunications services. However, the “Best Effort” service provided by the Internet is quickly challenged because it is obviously unsatisfactory compared to telecoms services, especially for those services that are highly demanding in real time. “Do Your Best” makes it difficult for operators or service providers to launch profitable business models and prevent the Internet from deepening.
