The night image is the most commonly used image of time in Li Qingzhao’s Ci. The natural characteristics and emotional implicitness of midnight images in Li Qingzhao’s poems are closely linked with the emotional content she wants to express and convey. Deep understanding of the night image in Li Qingzhao’s Ci has some help for understanding his inner emotion, grasping the ideological content of his Ci, and enjoying the deep and delicate expression skills. This article analyzes the characteristics and the emotional points of the night images in Li Qingzhao’s Ci, which provides a new perspective for the appreciation of the content and skills of Li Qingzhao’s Ci.
