应用免疫荧光间接法对37例Graves’病患者血清抗双链脱氧核糖核酸抗体(抗ds-DNA抗体)进行了测定,其中21例未治疗组病人有18例阳性,16例已服抗甲状腺药物治疗组病人有6例阳性。Graves’病患者经抗甲状腺药物治疗后,促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验呈正常反应组及低弱反应组血清抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果提示,抗ds-DNA抗体是存在于自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的一种自身免疫抗体,该抗体的发现为深入研究Graves’病自身免疫异常提供了新的线索。
Serum anti-dsRNA (anti-dsDNA antibody) in 37 patients with Graves’ disease was measured by immunofluorescence indirect method, of which 18 were positive in 21 untreated patients and 16 were anti-thyroid drugs Six patients in the treatment group were positive. After anti-thyroid drugs were administered to patients with Graves’ disease, the positive rate of serum anti-dsDNA antibody in thyroid-stimulating hormone-releasing hormone (TRH) excitability test was significantly different between the normal reaction group and the low-weak reaction group (P <0.05). The results suggest that anti-ds-DNA antibody is an autoimmune antibody present in autoimmune thyroid disease. The discovery of this antibody provides new clues for further study of Graves’ autoimmune abnormalities.
