进行了耗材摩擦焊敷工艺试验,阐述了其工艺原理、过程和特性,分析了焊敷层的宏观形貌和微观组织形态。研究表明,焊敷压力、耗材转速和母材移动速度是耗材摩擦焊工艺的关键参数,对一定的材质而言,三者的优化匹配是获得优良焊敷层的根本保证。显微组织分析表明,焊敷层的组织明显细化,这是焊敷过程中摩擦热碾压作用的结果。作为一种新颖的敷层技术,在大厚度硬质耐磨合金层、抗蚀防腐合金保护层的焊敷等领域有着广阔的应用前景。
The friction welding process of consumables was carried out. The principle, process and characteristics of the welding process were described. The macroscopic morphology and microstructure of the welding layer were also analyzed. The research shows that the welding pressure, consumable speed and base metal moving speed are the key parameters of consumables friction welding process. For certain materials, the optimal matching of the three is the fundamental guarantee for obtaining excellent welding blanket. Microstructure analysis shows that the microstructure of the weld layer is significantly refined, as a result of frictional heat rolling during welding. As a novel coating technology, it has broad application prospects in the fields of welding of large thick hard wear-resistant alloy layer and corrosion-resistant alloy protective layer.
