采用全姊妹和半姊妹家系轮回选择方法对玉米沈综(旅) C_1群体进行了改良,得到两个全姊妹和半姊妹改良群体 FC_2和 HC_2。然后对产量组成因素等进行分析,比较两种方法的改良效果。结果表明,改良后的 HC_2和 FC_2群体产量分别比沈综 C_0群体提高28.58%和23.39%,并达到5%差异显著水准。HC_2和 FC_2比 C_1及 C_1比 C_0产量平均数有增加的趋势,但未达到统计学上显著水平。HC_2与 FC_2产量差异不显著,但 FC_2主要产量性状比 HC_2保持了较大的变异范围。从预期与实际遗传进展比较上看,半姊妹要比全姊妹改良方案进展大。半姊妹改良群体预期增益21.12%,实际增益14.43%;全姊妹的预期增益40.05%,实际增益9.81%。半姊妹法的近交衰退为35.39%,全姊妹法的为2.9%。
The CⅡ maize alluvial (Brigade C) population was improved using all-sibling and half sibling reincarnation methods, resulting in two sibling and half sister sibling modified groups, FC_2 and HC_2. Then the composition of output factors such as analysis, comparison of the two methods of improvement. The results showed that the yield of improved HC_2 and FC_2 population were increased by 28.58% and 23.39%, respectively, compared with that of C sinks, and reached a significant level of 5%. HC_2 and FC_2 tended to increase over C_1 and C_1 but did not reach a statistically significant level. There was no significant difference in yield between HC_2 and FC_2, but the major yield traits of FC_2 kept a larger range of variation than HC_2. From the perspective of expected and actual genetic progress, half-sister progressed more than the full sister improvement program. The expected gain of half sister improvement group is 21.12%, the actual gain is 14.43%; the expected gain of sister is 40.05% and the actual gain is 9.81%. Half sisterhood declined in inbreeding by 35.39% and full sisterhood by 2.9%.
