Iris corneal endothelial syndrome often accompanied by increased intraocular pressure. Clinically, the performance of the anterior chamber deep, pupil ectopic, iris atrophy or iris nevus, and progressive pre-iris adhesions, the angle was Descemet-like film closed. The authors report 1 case of primary iris atrophy with acute angle-closure glaucoma and an anterior chamber and described and discussed as a new clinical manifestation of this syndrome.
