在室内控温和田间罩笼条件下, 研究了不同温度和补充营养对中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命的影响。结果表明: 随着温度的升高, 成虫寿命缩短, 不同温度条件下成虫寿命存在显著差异; 补充蜂蜜水能明显延长成虫寿命; 相同条件下雌虫寿命明显长于雄虫寿命。在18℃并饲喂10%蜂蜜水条件下, 成虫寿命最长, 雌虫为15 36d, 雄虫为9 06d; 在38℃不饲喂条件下, 成虫寿命最短, 雌虫1 09d, 雄虫1 00d。在田间罩笼试验中, 中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命在没有寄主和营养补充的条件下, 雌、雄成虫的寿命分别为5 24d和3 80d; 当有棉花植株但没有寄主时, 雌、雄虫的寿命分别为7 64d和3 88d。中红侧沟茧蜂田间释放后成虫累计死亡率随释放天数的增加而增加, 释放8d后, 雌、雄虫累计死亡率分别达到91 67%和98 33%。
The effects of different temperature and supplemental nutrition on the adult longevity of Dionysian molitrus were studied under the conditions of room temperature control and field cage. The results showed that the adult longevity was shortened with the increase of temperature, and there were significant differences in the longevity of adults under different temperature conditions. Supplementation of honey water could prolong the longevity of adults significantly. The longevity of longevity was longer than that of longevity under the same conditions. Under the conditions of 18 ℃ and 10% honey water, the longest life expectancy was 1536 days for females and 9.66 days for males. Under 38 ℃, 1 00d.
