提升农民信息化能力是推进现代农业建设的重要举措,手机应用和互联网使用是广大农民特别是新型职业农民应该掌握的必要技能。根据农业部农民手机应用技能培训三年计划和《农民手机应用技能培训工作方案》部署要求,在农业部市场信息司直接领导下,中央农业广播电视学校(农业部农民科技教育培训中心)组织编写、审定、出版了《农民手机应用技能培训教材》。
