本文从人文关怀与心理疏导的涵义、意义和作用入手,结合地勘单位实际,阐述了对地勘单位党员干部进行人文关怀和心理疏导的方法,指出应建立和完善党员干部谈话制度,坚持教育疏导奠定党员干部心理承受能力,同时要加强活动引导,培养党员干部积极向上的健康心理,努力构建起民主、疏导、尊重、关怀的思想政治工作新模式。通过人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理好人际关系,形成尊重人、理解人、关心人、爱护人、发展人的思想政治工作新格局,在地勘单位党员干部中建立起和谐友好的人际关系。
Starting with the meaning, significance and function of humane care and psychological counseling, this article elaborates the method of humane care and psychological counseling to party members and cadres in geological prospecting units according to the actual situation of geological prospecting units. It points out that we should establish and perfect the system of talking to party members and cadres and persevere in education At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of activities and cultivate the positive and upward mental health of party members and cadres so as to build a new ideological and political work model of democracy, ease, respect and care. Through humanistic care and psychological counseling, we should properly handle interpersonal relationships and form a new ideological and political work pattern of respecting, understanding, caring and developing people and establishing a harmonious and interpersonal relationship among party members and cadres in geological prospecting units relationship.
