凿井提升机是煤炭、冶金、建材等矿山建设部门进行竖井建设的必备专用提升设备,是竖井建设的重要机电设备之一。由于凿井提升机需要经常搬迁,因此要求具有拆装容易、搬运方便、重装精度好、安装周期短的特点。为了达到上述要求,凿井提升机的最大部件卷筒必须采用新的结构形式。新的卷筒结构形式是否可靠,关键有两点:一是卷筒在额定载荷下,其变形大小对使用的影响,二是摩擦联接的可靠性。
