G－CSF水平测定对某些疾病诊断、判断预后、指导用药具有重要意义。本文扼要综述了G－CSF在新生儿期明显升高原因与粒细胞间关系；在细菌感染时作为诊断指标意义以及治疗中应用。
G-CSF determination of certain diseases for the diagnosis, prognosis, the guidance of medication is of great significance. This review summarizes the reason why G-CSF is significantly elevated in neonatal period and the relationship between granulocytes; it is used as a diagnostic indicator in bacterial infection and its therapeutic application.
