多年来我队都是采用大口径钢粒钻进,钻穿的主要岩石为6—8级的玄武岩,特点是致密,脆、碎,钢粒钻进效率低,磨料消耗大,质量也不稳定。要提高钻进效率加快勘探速度,必须改进工艺。为此,我队于1970年底开展了液动冲击回转钻进的研制和试验工作。几年来我们先后在玄武岩和花岗岩地区进行了长期的生产性试验,截止1979年6月共打116个钻孔,进尺18214.36米,最深孔为356米,最高台月进尺1054米,纯钻时间达到50%以上,台效和时效比钢粒钻进平均
For many years, our team has used large-diameter steel balls to drill. The main rock drilled is 6-8 basalt, which is characterized by dense, brittle and broken steel, low drilling efficiency, abrasive consumption and unstable quality . To improve drilling efficiency and speed up exploration, we must improve the process. To this end, my team at the end of 1970 launched a hydraulic impact rotary drilling research and experimental work.
