我院家庭病床1984～1987年共收治60岁以上老年性高血压患者32例,现将诊治体会报道如下。临床资料:32例中男25例,女7例;年龄60～80岁,以65～80岁居多。病程1～30年,超过10年17例。合并脑血栓形成13例,脑溢血1例,冠心病5例,心律失常3例,高血压心脏病2例。血压≥160/95 16例;≥160/<95 12例;<160/≥95 4例。有头昏、头痛症状者20例,无症状者12例。其它尚有心悸、胸闷、心尖区疼痛等。体征有左心室扩大,心尖区Ⅱ级以上SM,心律
Hospital beds in our hospital from 1984 to 1987 were treated in patients with hypertension over the age of 60 32 cases, diagnosis and treatment are now reported as follows. Clinical data: 32 cases of 25 males and 7 females; aged 60 to 80 years old, mostly 65 to 80 years old. Duration of 1 to 30 years, more than 10 years in 17 cases. Cerebral thrombosis in 13 cases, cerebral hemorrhage in 1 case, 5 cases of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia in 3 cases, 2 cases of hypertensive heart disease. Blood pressure ≥160 / 9516 cases; ≥160 / <9512 cases; <160 / ≥954 cases. Have dizziness, headache symptoms in 20 cases, asymptomatic in 12 cases.
