本文以电力建设企业设计、实施新的培训管理模式为对象,围绕这一主线运用现代管理学以及现代培训理论,采用系统研究、比较研究、理论与实践相结合以及定性定量分析相结合等方法,重点论述了电力建设企业培训管理模式实施前的状况、培训管理模式优化设计、实施过程、重要内容以及绩效分析。
