为给中国房地产行业的健康稳定发展树立风向标和学习榜样,中国主流媒体房地产举办了2010年度“典范中国”房地产评选推介活动。本次活动共设立两项大奖——“2010典范中国房地产品牌企业”、“2010典范中国房地产品牌楼盘”。本次活动旨在评选出各出类拔萃的房地产名牌企业、房地产品牌楼盘,并向全国进行推广,将其成功经验进行全国性的互动交流,从而营造出一个活生生的企业品牌内涵、推崇商业道德的良好环境,同时也有助于具备社会责任感的优秀企业和社区树立卓越形象,形成更广泛的社会影响力、赢得更多的尊敬。
