美国和中国作为21世纪最重要的两个大国,只要正视而不是夸大分歧,挖掘而不漠视利益,就能和而不同,走向双赢。自特朗普胜选和正式出任美国总统以来,其政策引发了许多争议。不过,笔者对其经济政策,尤其对美中经济的交往仍怀有期待。特朗普总统也许明了,如果中美经贸冲突,美方牌不多;如果深化经贸投资合作,中方牌不少。合作双赢还是斗则俱损,笔者倾向于认为,美中最终会选择理性互利之路。
As the two most important major powers in the 21st century, the United States and China can both move forward and win-win by just looking squarely at instead of exaggerating disagreements and tapping their interests instead of ignoring them. Since the Trump winning election and formally becoming president of the United States, its policies have caused much controversy. However, the author still looks forward to his economic policies, especially the exchanges with the U.S.-China economy. President Trump may make it clear that if the Sino-U.S. Economic and trade conflicts are not met, the number of the U.S. side is small. If the cooperation in economic, trade and investment is deepened, there will be a lot of Chinese counterparts. The win-win cooperation or the struggle is both detrimental to the struggle. The author tends to think that the United States and China will eventually choose the path of rational and mutually beneficial cooperation.
