炎琥宁具有灭活腺病毒、流感病毒和呼吸道病毒等多种病毒的作用,临床上常用于治疗病毒性肺炎和上呼吸道感染。维生素B6能促进氨基酸的吸收和蛋白质的合成,为细胞生长所必须,能够治疗多种原因引起的呕吐。临床发现,160 mg炎琥宁加入100 ml10%葡萄糖注射液,再加入注射用维生素B6 0.1 g,混合液中立刻出现白色浑浊。炎琥宁在各种配伍检索表中都没有,文献报道炎琥宁与丁舒存在配伍禁忌[1],与白霉素存在配伍禁忌[2]。为了证实炎琥宁与维生素B6是否存在配伍禁忌,我院进行了相关实验,现报导如下。

Yan Hu-ning in a variety of compatibility search table are not reported in the literature and Yan Ting Su-Ting compatibility incompatibility [1], with incompatibility with white mold [2]. In order to confirm the presence of Yan Hu Ning and vitamin B6 incompatibility, our hospital conducted the relevant experiments are reported below.
