我校是一所普通学校,处于危改地区,三年来,居民住进周转房,使学校生源减少,一、二、三年级只各招收一个班。一所学校没有平行班,教师无法进行教学研究。区教委在本学期调整了教改策略,进行学区化管理,史家胡同小学、新鲜胡同小学、新开路小学几所学校成立学区大组,弥补了这一不足,满足了教师的需求。
My school is an ordinary school, in a crisis area, three years, residents live in the transfer room, so that students reduce the source, the first, second and third grade only to recruit a class. A school without parallel classes, teachers can not conduct teaching and research. District Board of Education in this semester adjusted teaching reform strategy, the district management, the primary Hutong School, Fresh Hutong primary school, a small number of schools in the school to set up school district, to make up for this deficiencies, to meet the needs of teachers.
