正值中日两国邦交正常化二十周年之际,中日经济合作关系进一步发展,中国改革开放的步伐进一步加快的大好时刻,中国山西榆次液压件厂和日本国油研工业株式会社于1992年5月11日在人民大会堂隆重举行了合资签字仪式。这是我国液压工业的一件大事。机电部张德邻副部长出席了签字仪式,国家计委、国务院生产办、经贸部等国务院有关部委和山西省有关领导同志也出席了签字仪式。签字仪式后举行了新闻发布会。张德邻副部长发表了重要讲话。他首先代表机电部对山西榆次液压件厂与日本油研工业株式会社共同签定合资生产
At the time of the twentieth anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic ties between China and Japan, China-Japan economic and trade cooperation has further developed, and China’s reform and opening up have been accelerated. China’s Shanxi Yuci Hydraulic Parts Factory and Japan National Oil Industry Co., Ltd. On May 11, 1992, a joint venture signing ceremony was held in the Great Hall of the People. This is a major event in our hydraulic industry. The deputy minister Zhang Deyan from the Ministry of Machinery and Electrical Machinery attended the signing ceremony. The relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council, the State Council Production Department, the Ministry of Economics and Trade and other relevant leaders of Shanxi Province also attended the signing ceremony. A press conference was held after the signing ceremony. Vice Minister Zhang Deyun made an important speech. He first signed the joint venture production of Shanxi Yuci Hydraulic Parts Factory and Japan Yuken Industry Co., Ltd. on behalf of the Electrical and Mechanical Department.
