笔者在此结合自己的教学实践与思考,浅谈如何做一名成长型的教师。一、珍惜学习机会,对学习要有归零心态当了十多年教师,曾参加过多种形式的学习或交流,在这些过程中,笔者发现有些教师并不珍惜学习机会,甚至不尊重给我们讲课的教授或专家学者,在课堂里交头接耳或玩手机,甚至课后三五成群在旅馆搓麻将或外出逛街,滥竽充数,只为获得一张学时证明用于评职称。这种把学习当儿戏的态度与国家举办教师培训的目的
