湖北神风发动机有限责任公司发明的DCDI数字点火装置,是继有触点机械点火、无触点电子点火(CDI)之后的第三代发动机点火装置。 DCDI数字点火装置,完全克服了CDI点火提前角范围小,不能随发动机工况变化而变化的缺陷,其原理是将发动机转速负荷等参数输入到微处理器,利用数字技术运算处理后,点火提前角随工况的变化自行调整到最佳状态,使燃烧更充分、合理,从而大幅降低了燃油消耗量和污染排放量。又由于点火提前角的优化,极大地改善了发动机启动性能,在环境温度低达-20℃时,也能轻易启动。
